Error when editing email settings

After I click "here", it takes me to this screen and I couldn't notice any request type where Summary and description fields are blank / invisible (screenshot below). How can i fix this issue ?

Am I missing anything ?

Welcome to Atlassian Community! It's great to have you.

This error can also occur if you have another field in that project set as required. 

All other request type fields must be optional.

I would recommend that you check that project and make sure that no other fields are marked as required.
