Create agents to costumer ticket

Can i create a ticket agents->costumer?

An agent can create a service desk ticket (issue) through the customer portal and the agent can then update the ticket by changing the reporter to the customer.

Please check the last versión JIRA service desk 2.1

 

Raise requests on behalf of your customers on the Customer Portal

I have not upgrade SD 2.1 yet. Makes it easier now.
