Trying to find a chat add-on for Jira Service Desk (Cloud), which enables the user to contact their support through a chat option, preferably though the portal.
Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.

Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community! Currently, it's not possible to add a chat on the customer portal. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability: - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-1616 Please, click on vote and watch in order to hear about updates on the development cycle. Related to add-ons, I found only one that has this option: - PingPilot for Jira Service Desk
