Hi,
Trying to find a chat add-on for Jira Service Desk (Cloud), which enables the user to contact their support through a chat option, preferably though the portal.
Bonus if it includes options for phone as well.
Any experiences to share?

Currently, it's not possible to add a chat on the customer portal. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
