Can we get a text custom field for radio button parent custom field?

Hi - 

I have field name "numbers" field type is "radio button" with values " real", "integer", and "whole". 

Whenever I choose any of the value option i need to get a text field for the corresponding option. e.g selected "real", need to get a text box to enter all the real numbers into it.

How to do this?

without script or plugin more appreciated.

If you don't want to use a script or plugin, then I would suggest making 3 different customer request types, one for each value. A little more clunky then the radio button, but doesn't require any extra addons.
