Auto-reply email using Gmail

Right now I have email being forwarded to the service desk email from my gmail support email address.   If I wanted to have the auto-reply email from the service desk have the support email address instead of the jira email address would adding the gmail address as an optional address solve this?   Is there a way to configure the auto-reply email address in Jira Service Desk?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
If you referring to the notification email, yes, it's possible to change the email address, so customers will receive the notification from a custom email instead of Jira's email address.
