Add participants automatically when issue is created

How do we add participants automatically when issue is created. The option is not there when setting up automated rules? There are plug ins but you have to pay for those.

Hello @Cihan Altunok 

If you have Jira Cloud, you should be able to Automation for Jira now and its included. Go to your project settings and the look for Automation.
