How do we set up jira to keep track of our clients monthly support budget/contract?

We have recently started using jira (software, service desk, confluence and stride) and need help setting up and tracking our clients monthly budget. Clients pay us a set amount to support their online solutions and we report each month how much they time/budget has been used to manage their tickets. We also use tempo planner and timesheets but we need help.

Does anyone else have a similar setup? Any tips?

We have a similar set-up and until recently we muddled through with a lot of manual steps to generate reports each month for each customer.

We had a ShipIt Day this month which has resulted in a nifty script that allows the report for some of our customers to be generated at a click (or few).

We will start using this from next month. With a few refinements we hope to be able to release this to the MarketPlace. It is good to know there is an interest!
