we have a problem with inserting a comment into a list in edit mode

When I try to add an entry to a list in the edit mode in JIRA (version v6.2.6#6264-sha1:ee76422), almost 90% of the time when I click the green plus button (see image below) it will not save the text. You have to get out of the browser and go back in, click refresh and then it might go in. This fails wither or not there is already something in the list. However if there is already something in the list and on the main screen I hover over the list and click the edit icon, then I can always enter comments into the issue. Why is the edit screen not working. If there is nothing in the list the field is set to not show in the main screen.

What kind of browser are you using and is are you self hosted or cloud?
