hi team,

kindly check our product as we are encountering the following error message. We already restarted the VM where the jira is installed as part of our troubleshooting. See attached screenshots for reference.

There can be lots of reasons for this problem.

Please check atlassian-jira.log for errors, it will narrow down the problem
