Sprint blank issue from CSV is created as Backlog?

Using JIRA Server 6.4.13 now. When import issue from CSV, If the 'Sprint' field is blank in the CSV, will it be automatically assigned to Backlog in JIRA Server?

What do you mean by "backlog". Whether it is part of an Agile Board really depends on what filter that board uses - if the issue is returned by the filter and does not have a value for the Sprint field - yes it will be shown in the backlog for that particular board.
