New Issue View for Software only?

Question regarding the new Issue view in JIRA - will this change go into affect for both Software and Service Desk projects?

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
Recently we announced next-gen for Jira Service Desk which has the new issue view. These changes are being rolled out for some instances and soon everyone will have the ability to also have next-gen for Service Desk and it will also bring the new view for Classic Service Desk projects, the same as Jira Software.

Thank you for confirming Angelica - it looks like Software and Service Desk will both be changing with the new next-gen projects and new issue view. I am trying to prepare my teams accordingly for the changes coming. Thanks again!
