I want to add a keyboard shortcut to my plugin, basically click a link that opens a dialog when viewing issues. The problem is that when I use the shortcut while searching for issues that dialog produces an error. The problem seems to be that the shortcut is actually a hidden link but that link lacks information on the issue key.
Since this shortcut is a definite "nice-to-have" I am not going to spend much time trying to fix this but I wanted to check if
a) there is some way to limit shortcuts to specific contexts (keyboard-shortcut context only seems to affect where the shortcut is listed in the shortcuts overview)
or, b) if someone has a simple solution to overlook the first matching jquery on the page and instead click the second one
