Did you install Jira using docker container?or was it a regular install? What is the operating system? What steps did you follow to install Jira?

@Vladimir Fratric
Did you try to reinstall?
I remember facing the same issue once on my Mac, I had to reinstall because I couldn't use Jira(It was an install using Docker image). Even though I tried to restart docker and then start Jira nothing seems working.

Fadoua

But , in this case , you have lost documents and users on old version ?

@Vladimir Fratric mine was a personal instance but if yours has users and documents then it is a problem.
Did you check the server to see if Jira is still there?
I know Atlassian doesn't offer support for Docker, otherwise I would have shared the link so that you can raise a ticket.

jira@jira:~$ sudo docker container ls

[sudo] password for jira:
CONTAINER ID IMAGE COMMAND CREATED STATUS PORTS NAMES

From the command it doesn't seem that Jira exists.
Like I mentioned I had the same issue once. May be someone wiped out the image without knowing. I am just guessing.
If you type docker start jira or docker jira start(I forgot the right way to put it)
Do you get any response?

Fadoua

Hello Mr. Fadoua,
I made a big mistake using : docker ps ( instead of : docker ps -a )
With docker ps I did not see anything .
After docker ps -a I saw JIRA id , and started application container without problem.
Many thanks for your help Mr. Fadoua,
Best Regards,
Vladimir
