How Do I Print or Export Reports

I have searched the community and the answers seem to revolve around printing from the browser.  I don't think that will work for me.  In particular I need a tabular report that can be printed landscape.  Alternatively if the data can be exported to Excel.

Click on columns --> uncheck or check Fields --> save. Print.

Thank you again @Victor Mutambuki [Mumo Systems]. This is a follow on question.  How do I limit which fields are exported? I have been able to change them in the onscreen view, however I cannot get the same limit when I export CSV.  No matter if I choose all fields or current fields I get too many fields.
