Does JIRA maintain a history of sprint names ? Somebody seems to have changed our sprint name and we are trying to determine who and when. Is it possible ? And if yes, how can I do it ?

There's no Sprint History anywhere. That's not even logged in the issue's history.

The sprint table in the db doesn't have changes timestamps either. I'm not confident at all you'll be able to find out.
