Custom field in my workflw transition screens are disabled

Hi,

I created custom text fields for screens. These screens are used at issue transition.

I am able to move the issue but these fields are disabled and I cant type into?

What is the reason?

Hi Kiran,

Based on your description, I believe that you might be experiencing the bug  JRACLOUD-69226. Whenever there are text fields in a screen used for a transition in the New Issue View, the fields are greyed out so you won't be able to type in anything. Please, feel free to watch the bug ticket so you'll be notified whenever there are updates.

If this is the case, there are two workarounds to allow you to enter text in the fields:

* Dragging the issue on the board should let you type in text.

* Disabling the new issue view by flipping the switch on your profile settings's Labs section should fix the issue:
