Create Subtask Blocked in Firefox

Hi,

When I attempt to create a subtask using Firefox 52.0 I just get a spinning wheel.  Have tried from both the issue side panel on the backlog view and from the more... button on the task details page.

I have tried adding JIRA as an exception to the built in popup blocker and turning off popup blocker completely.  Restarted browser in each case.  Same result.

I can successfully create a subtask using IE.

Any ideas?

Um, could this be the problem:

"Firefox 52 and above

Beginning with Firefox 52 (released March 2017), plug-in support is limited to Adobe Flash, and drops support for NPAPI, impacting plugins for Java, Silverlight, and other similar NPAPI based plugins."
