compute completion of SubTasks based on a filed.

i am looking for way to compute completion of SubTasks based on a filed of subTasks  (say DevelopmentStage).

DevelopmentStage= 'Analysis' is 20%,  'Code' is 30%.

any MDX example i can refer to. appreciate your help
