Hello. I have a user who keeps
running into issues when he is logging Tempo. He is on Chrome.
Looks like it just spins and then tells him something went wrong. Another time, he got an error that he found a bug in Tempo.
Any idea what to do here?
The first thing I do when plugins fail is check their status page. For Tempo it's: https://tempo.statuspage.io/
It doesn't look like they've had any incidents, but did have a spike in response times. Could this have occurred then?
