Log In As User - No longer working

Hi, I used to able to access the User list and select user to log in as, so that I could debug issues by seeing it as the user would.

No longer seems to be working, just get a blank browser window with a 

The requested resource could not be found.

Same for all users I have tried.

Thanks, I managed to get around this using a different browser, so i assume it is the same corrupted cookie issues or similar.

Not sure why I couldn't find that from my search.....!
