I am creating a JIRA add-on using atlassian-connect express framework and for production environment i want to attach a database to store tenant details which is generated when the add-on is installed in the cloud instance of JIRA.
I have create mongodb instance in azure and got the URL. I have also installed following npm packages:
"jugglingdb-mongodb": "^0.2.0" ,
"mongodb": "^3.0.7",
config.json file
"store": { "adapter": "jugglingdb",
"type": "mongodb",
"url": "mongodb://my2db:********@my2db.documents.azure.com:10255/?ssl=true" }
app.js
var mongoClient = require("mongodb").MongoClient;
mongoClient.connect("mongodb://my2db:********@my2db.documents.azure.com:10255/?ssl=true"
, function (err, db) { // db.close();});
While installation i am getting below error:
The add-on host did not respond when we tried to contact it at "https://723c7g37.ngrok.io//installed" during installation (the attempt timed out). Please try again later or contact the add-on vendor.
What else i need to do to make it working? Please help me here.
