What data is synced when integrating with Jira

Question

We are exploring the use of Jira Align, but one question I am not able to find an answer to is what information is synced from Jira to Jira Align.  I assume it is issue data, but I'm curious specifically what data elements are synced.  Is it all system fields including Summary and Description?  Are any custom fields synched?  Any information would be helpful.

Starting at page 4 you can see how the integration works. The guide includes which Jira issues are mapped to Jira Align and which attributes in Jira are synchronized.
