Do Jira have an Ideation product we can use to collect features/ ideas from our customers?

We want to collect ideas and enhancement requests from our COmmunity, Customer Support, Internal 

And to be able to prioritize it according to votes given by our customers per idea.

Basically some sort of tool that competes with Aha!

Does Jira have this kind of tool for this?

JIRA Align does have an ideation module called the iZone.

The module has a good deal of value that I think you'll find meets your needs.
