Dependencies

Hello,

 In Dependency work item, there is a field 'Depends On > External'. How do I make the teams populate under 'External field' ?

I ran into the same problem when I initially had setup teams in Jira Cloud and synced with teams in Jira Align, the new teams were not populating in the external field. After much troubleshooting, I found this was because I did not have the sprints/increments setup and defined on the projects in Jira Cloud. Once I setup the sprints/increments on the projects in Jira Cloud, the teams were available as an external team in Jira Align.
