Is there a way to do Bulk Edits in Jira Align to Features? Like changing the PI for 100 Features?
Hi JC,
Yes. What you are looking for is "mass move", please find more information on that in our help: https://help.jiraalign.com/hc/en-us/articles/115006124588-10X-Mass-Move-Backlog-Work-Items
Best regards
Philipp

@JC Stafford - Mass Move is great for PI / Program moves as Philipp mentioned. If you want to mass update other attributes, you can leverage the import functionality. Here's the link: https://help.jiraalign.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000088674-10X-Import-Objects-Via-Excel-Overview
The trick is to export the data you want to update (using the export functionality on a grid page), then importing that file again with the tweaks you've made.

@JC Stafford Another option is to do an export, update the PI on the export file and then reimport. You can find these options in the More Actions button on the Features Grid. Make sure to keep the file as an XML file.
I like this option because depending on how many features you are trying to update, I think it is an easier solution. The Mass Move option can be a little clunky. Also, with the export option, if you filter your list on the Features Grid, it will export according to the filter which is nice. And this solution applies to any other bulk updates that may be needed.
