Hi all,
I have figured out the bulk upload with Jira Align, specifically for features. I do had some question about custom fields. So when I export some fields I see in the features are not present.
So I want to ask the question how we can bulk upload/edit features and set/change these custom fields.
For example we have a field called Summary. Is there a way to add this field to the template to upload this? This is a free text field.
Additionally, we also have a field called Jira Project. This is the Jira Project name this is assigned to. This is also not present in the export. This is a dropdown field.
Kind regards,
Caryntjen

The fields on the template are the only fields that can be updated by import. Other fields, such as custom fields, must be manually updated on the individual work item or updated via API.
