As mentioned in a previous post, Jira Align is consolidating all your suggestions in one place, JAC (jira.atlassian.com). Jira Align customers can now begin interacting with existing suggestions in JAC and contact support to raise new suggestions.
From jira.atlassian.com select ‘Suggestions’ under Atlassian Product Jira Align. This will route you to a list of all suggestions for Jira Align. From that view you can further search and filter.
Once you have selected a suggestion for Jira Align you can help us prioritize the request by selecting ‘Vote for this issue’ and ‘Start watching this issue.’ Voting for the suggestion helps us determine which customers are interested in it. Once watching the suggestion you will receive email notifications when updates are made to the ticket by our team.
Not finding your request in JAC? No problem, simply contact support to submit your new suggestion. From the support contact form select:
What can we help you with? → Technical issues and bugs
Which product is this for? → Jira Align
What type of technical request do you have? → I have a question for the technical support team
Fill out the rest of the form with your details and request.
Our dedicated team of support engineers will carefully evaluate and work with you to add your request to JAC. Your support ticket will be resolved and you will be provided with a link where you can track your JAC’s progress.
