Just love how easy it is to use Jira in so many different industries - I've just moved from FinTech to HealthTech, to SpaceTech and the familiar surroundings of Jira has made the move much easier!

Hi,

  • I've been using JSM since it came out as JSD, so it has been a while/ride
  • JSM is growing so much (in usage and as a complete package, that is hard to keep up with all the new features.
  • Recently I was part of an EAP which showed me very exciting new way of integrating alerts in JSM which makes the experience much more intuitive.
  • With all new asset reports, chat and AI options next year will be great

Hi everyone, lovely to meet fellow JSM nerds. I lead a team that has substantial experience implementing JSM for our customers as well as building the apps to ease some of the friction arising in the service desk use cases.  Looking forward learning more from all of you!

Popping in to say hello now that we're starting to use JSM! So far I've just begun set up, but preparing to launch with our new product by the end of January.

The main reason we're using JSM is to have an easy-to-integrate support site for our new product that's still in fail-fast mode, so we don't want to invest in upgrading Zendesk to support multiple products just yet. (Perhaps we'll never move over, though!)

Hi everyone,

I passed my JSM Project Admin certification in November and am an IT Consultant. Currently I am migrating one customer from Server to Cloud and introducing JSM "on the way". Also we are assisting several other customers with customisation of JSM (and other Atlassian Tools).

I've recently been learning more and more about assets and the differences between DC and Cloud - which is a challenge when you constantly have to switch between the two ;)

Internally we are using JSM for out IT Servicedesk and possibly for other requests once we migrated to Cloud this year.

Hello.

How long have you been using Jira Service Management?

  • I have been using and configuring JSM as consultant for around 6-7 years.

Unique use

  • Had a customer who needed a "multitenant" JSM setup - where all their customers contracts where created in Assets along with their CMDB. It was quite a complex setup with alot of custom functionality - But the short story is that that the customer contract items was created in Assets, and depending on what their customers created of requests the  billing type and time registration code was automatically added to the request. So when the agent registred time it went to correct time code and billing type - So they easily could invoice customers correctly when the month was over.

Fun fact

  • I been following this community for quite a while and didn't post anything, and last week i started answering questions in here, apparently so many that the system thought I was a spambot.. a bit frustrating, but also a bit funny.

Hello All,

I have been using JSM for an year and I find it amazing for it's entire customer service and interaction feature which is not less than a CRM or such customer management and interaction tool in market.

One of the unique feature is like about JSM is there are variety of templates which can used as per organisation requirement.
