Happy to be here!
Hi @Aaron Pavez _ServiceRocket_ welcome to the group
I started using JSM in Q2 this year. Took a while to get my head round, and still learning every day.
Hello,
I used to teach middle school science but now I'm trying to make it in Data Science. I'm here to build the project management skills that I developed in the classroom and learn how to translate them to the corporate office.
Jira Service Management looks amazing so far, but I've really only just started and I'm looking forward to learning more.
Welcome to the community @Samuel Harrison and happy learning! 📚😄
Hi everyone! 👋
I've been a consultant for a couple years now working on JSM implementation projects across different organizations. Really thrilled to learn from and contribute to this amazing community!
Welcome to the community @Raffaele D’Elia

Hello everyone,
I am not new to JSM, however I am when it comes to some features introduced to it.
I am a big fan of Assets.
Best,
Fadoua
Hi everyone. I'm Jon Sims. I've been using Jira and Jira Product Discovery but a complete newcomer to JSM. Excited to learn all about it.
Hi @Jon Sims, welcome to the group!
Hello! Happy to meet everyone!
I've been using JSM for two years! Amazing the power the tool has! I have created a pilot for vendor on-boarding which would then feed into Jira Work Management for tracking annual activities should the vendor be on-boarded. I would love to learn tips and tricks from this community!
Welcome to the community and the JSM group @Juli Bourgeois there are lots tips and tricks to learn here
Talk about jumping in without hesitation - I made an intro post before realising it would have been better to comment here, instead! 🤦🏻♂️
Hey everyone!
Keen to join the community and delve deeper into the world of JSM. 💪🏻
Take care!
Welcome to the community and the JSM group @Tom Larcher even a long term Jira Jedi can have an intro post and a comment!
Hi, I'm using JSM for several years. At the moment I'm migrating a JSM project to another site and merge it with another JSM project. That's quite interesting!
Welcome to the community and the JSM group @Mike Maurer good luck with that migration
Hi, i´m new here. Working about 3 Years with JSM Cloud and DataCenter
Welcome @Kai Krause the community as a whole and the JSM group can help you with questions and general tips, etc.
Hello everyone.
I have been using Jira Service Management for the past month with my team. JSM's use case with my team is the new platform our software team is developing for our clients. A fun fact is that I like cats but I am allergic to them.
I haven't been in JSM for too long, but I love the way you can manage Jira requests!
Hey everyone! 👋
I'm Ben, and I'm excited to be part of this community! I’ve been working with JSM for a while now as part of my role at XALT, an Atlassian Solution Partner. I focus on helping organizations streamline their ITSM and service processes by integrating powerful Marketplace apps and custom solutions.
One of the most interesting use cases I’ve worked on involved optimizing Jira Service Management for enterprise-wide ITSM adoption, integrating automation tools to enhance workflows, and improving reporting capabilities for better decision-making.
Fun fact: I’m also a brand new Atlassian Community Leader, and I love bringing people together—whether for Atlassian events or themed parties with over 800 guests (2026 in Leipzig)!
I am looking forward to learning and sharing with all of you!
Hi all,
my organization is just making its first steps in a migration from the BMC Suite to JSM and I'm the lucky one being responsible for everything JSM in this project.
The first weeks exploring JSM have been amazing and I'm really excited to shape a whole new ITSM environment with a much better fit for our organization than BMC ever provided to us.
I've already been administering Jira and Confluence Cloud for a couple of years now, so the ecosystem and Jira platform isn't new to me, but I already can say that JSM has a lot of new toys under the hood :D
We started using JSM cloud (with opsgenie built in) a few months ago. The product seems like it is still in beta. We have run into multiple issues. To name a few we are currently fighting:
If anyone has any suggestions for these, we would greatly appreciate the input :)
1- I've been using JSM for 4 years
2- I've been using it to support my customers
