Users are being prompted repeatedly to open a ticket via Assist in Slack

Since we moved to Slack Enterprise Grid some of our users are getting prompted multiple times a day to open a ticket via Slack Assist. We have checked and cannot locate a setting that would cause this. Anyone have any ideas on how to prevent this?Screenshot 2022-08-10 114228.jpg

It looks like this was all down to users using emojis that were tied to ticket creation. Those frequently used emojis were changed to resolve the issue.
