I am working on getting some recipes and auto-replies set up, and would like to use some text formatting to make things look better. Is that an option? I can’t seem to find any info on this.
In particular, I really want to be able to use hyperlinks to point to some of our internal docs on our SharePoint. The links are rather long and ugly, so hyperlinks would really help.
Hi @nberanger-tgam,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
Yes, you can use text formatting in your auto-answers. Halp is using the Slack mrkdwn formatting, so for example to add a link just use
<http://www.example.com|This message *is* a link>

Just heard back from my contact at Halp, and apparently you can use the Slack formatting:
