Our latest feature helps us bring your Halp ticketing experience in Microsoft Teams to a whole new level: introducing Halp Ticket Details view.
With the Ticket Details view, agents can click on a ticket in their Halp Tab ticket list and see a snapshot of the ticket details in a pop-up panel on the right side of their MS Teams instance – no more jumping into web view to get the full ticket context.
To test drive Ticket Details, simply jump into your Halp Tab and click on any row to open a sidebar that reveals full details and quick actions.
You can view the following info in the Ticket Details sidebar:
Ticket number / ID
Title / Summary
Assignee & Requester
Form fields (fields from the user-submitted form)
Queue fields (additional fields available on this queue)
Global Fields (additional fields available to all queues)
We’ve also added the ability to take quick actions from the Ticket Details view, like:
Jump to conversation: Click the Ticket ID to deep-link over to the ticket's adaptive card within your Triage channel. From there, you can reply, add notes, assign, and close out the ticket.
Open in web: Click on "pop-out" icon to open the ticket in Halp's web app
