How to set custom icon for my answers.atlassian.com user profile?

Hi,

I can't set custom icon for my profile on this site. Every time I try to do it I get 500 internal server error without any further explanation. Are there any limitations on the image size or type that are not publicly specified?

Hi @embibeaccounts 

Is this in relation to a subscription you have directly with Atlassian?

If so, you should be able to (as an Org Admin)...

1. Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/
2. Select your Organization
3. Choose to Manage Subscription of a product
4. From the left-hand menu, select Billing Details
5. Under Billing Contact, press Edit in the box where the Company Address is
6. Edit the address, and press Save

You can also get to (4) from a Jira instance itself...

1. Go to Jira Settings > Billing
2. Follow step (4) onwards
