Im indexing jira but it's corrupted , what are the impact ?

My index is corrupted and i do not understand what i have to correct now .

Filter , or workflow ?

First, fix whatever it was that corrupted your index.  Then log into Jira as an admin, go to the indexing page and tell it to run a full index (locking all the users out).

A full locking index essentially wipes out your current index and rebuilds a good one from scratch.  Assuming the problem is not in the code that creates the index data (it's possible to create issue searchers and fields that can cause rubbish to go into the index)
