It’s always a highlight to meet you, our amazing customers and community, at our in-person and online events throughout the year.
In 2023, we expanded our events to address what’s top of mind for teams across your business - whether they focus on service management, agile DevOps, engineering, or the like.

April: TEAM ‘23 | At TEAM, our customers, partners, and Atlassians come together to learn how to maximize the potential of Atlassian’s platform and get insider knowledge of what’s coming up next. Some BIG announcements this year included: the general availability of Atlassian Analytics and the beta of Atlassian Intelligence - both included in the Cloud Enterprise plan.

November: Atlassian Presents: High Velocity | Designed for any organization that wants to transform how they deliver agile service experiences, High Velocity focuses on service management for scaling enterprises. This year, the keynote was a call to action on ending bad service management, and features innovations that have helped our customers, including industry disruptors like Domino’s Pizza Enterprises and the National Roads and Motorists' Association (NRMA). We also celebrated being named a Leader in Enterprise Service Management by Forrester.

December: Atlassian Presents: Unleash | Happening now (December 11-12, 2023)! We are thrilled to share that during the event, we announced the general availability of Atlassian Intelligence and all the new features we’ve invested in so AI can accelerate teamwork. Product Investments: security and data protection in Cloud Enterprise
As a growing organization, you need secure, flexible capabilities when you use Atlassian products, and that’s what we will continue to focus on - in 2024 and beyond. In 2023, we invested in even more comprehensive security and data protection capabilities for our Enterprise plan and within Atlassian Access. Below are highlights of features that launched this year - but as always, our roadmap is the best source of truth for all things

Bring-your-own key (BYOK) encryption: now, you have the ability to manage the keys to your data, from your organization's AWS account.

Product requests for proactive shadow IT control: product requests allow your organization admins to prevent their managed users from signing up for products on their own, addressing risks associated with shadow IT.

External user security: your admins can apply security controls to users who collaborate with their company but who admins don’t manage in their Atlassian organization.

Security improvements to API token controls: your admins can now view and revoke the use of API tokens by their managed and external users.

SSO for JSM portal-only accounts: Jira Service Management admins can setup their product to allow their external customers to authenticate with SSO into their Help Center.
- Audit log webhooks: audit log webhooks (streaming APIs) automatically send audit log events as they happen. By integrating webhooks into an external auditing tool or third-party security intelligence and monitoring solution, your admins and security teams are empowered with more up-to-date audit data.
Our Impact: new customer stories in 2023
We publish new customer stories on an ongoing basis, but here are a few favorites from the year. Our enterprise customers continue to amaze us with the way they use our products to propel their businesses forward and accomplish the impossible.
