How can we integrate Azure DevOps with Jira to see commits, builds, pull requests and deployments?

What odd timing.  Is this to take advantage of the now "properly monetized" automation?

Once the new measures for automation execution limits are put in place will there be a way to do test runs? Documentation is also very scarce for automations that require specific Smart values and this leads to more executions. Automation rules take a lot of time to prepare and properly test - most of them are not simple if this then that.
