I am unable to access the Crowd 3.7.2 web application after installing Crowd.

After installing Crowd Server 3.7.2 on Windows Server 2019, I am unable to navigate to the setup screen and am getting the error:

Type Status Report

Message /crowd/console

Description The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.
