Still experiencing the same slowness.... it has now gone 3 years without any improvements.
Even page editing is super slow. Like several seconds for processing a back-space key to remove a line feed.
Do you have a strategy for addressing this?
Or should I start searching for other providers?
Hi @Leif Rilbe
I think it's worth to check to options provided int the document.
Corporate networks have routers, routing table, firewalls, whitelisting, etc..
Anything can lead to delays.
At my corporate network, I also notice and can see more delay than on my home connection.
But off course, I'm alone on my connection and on corporate I'm not. Even resources in routers, etc.. can be specified on applications.
Do you experience the same at home or on a mobile 4/5G connection?
I experience this both when on the corporate network and when working from home, lone user of 250 Mbps fiber connection.

Again, using the onsite version had no issues whatsoever in both settings.
The onsite was not onsite within the corporate network but from a 3rd party provider, so networking should be very similar to cloud. Unless, of course, if confluence cloud is only being served from servers from the other side of the globe... ???

Well... same laptop, same corporate network:
- confluence onsite from off-corporate network - no performance issues whatsoever
- confluence cloud - extremely sluggish in every aspect
Maybe there are some issues in confluence cloud that cannot be blamed on other circumstances?
Also... is it expected that I should need a top-of-the-line highest-speced MacBook or similar in order to get sub-second processing of the back-space key while editing a counfluence page? Is that your acceptance criterion for editing performance?
