Hi, our previous version of confluence allows the table display limit for Change History's display in our pages. Why is the Cloud version not allowing this anymore?
Hi @Coronel, Jay ,
Maybe you already have any 3rd party apps that can help you to limit macro generated tables - you may try our Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence app.
The Table Filter (Table View tab -> Show N rows if not filtered) or Table Transformer macro will do the trick.
It has been discussed in this other thread : https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/How-can-I-configure-the-Change-History-macro-on-Confluence-Cloud/qaq-p/2292143
This functionality is available on DC but not on Cloud.
A workaround is to use the plugin Reporting for Confluence; you will be able to create a table report on the current page and display the latest versions (you will have to chose how many version you want in the report).
It is not easy to handle this plugin but not too hard. It will unleash lots of possibilities on Confluence content but it is another plugin to add to your instance...
I think it is also doable with Scriptrunner.

You can vote to get this functionality on the Cloud : https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-32315
