I have 2 links included on our knowledge page, and I linked these to the new content I had created. as per the screenshot 1 attached)
When I have my team access the public link the main parent page is perfect, but when they click on the links, it asks them to log in, but from reading the FAQ's it said it should be open to everyone based on my settings
So not sure what I am doing wrong, as the main page has worked great.
@Matt Palmer Please see the response I added on your other question: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/How-to-make-my-search-bar-show-on-the-public-page/qaq-p/2655300
In short, the Public link gives access to the single page you make the public link to; it does not allow access to the rest of your space.
Hi @Matt Palmer and welcome,
is your confluence enabled to anonymous access (Administration -> Global Permissions -> Anonymous Access) ?

Hi Fabio,
I have selected the View all but it does say that global access is off. But I have been set up as an admin, but I stupidly cant seem to find the administration section?

Thank you Fabio, I definitely do not have all the options down the side, I only have the general items, followed by my spaces.
The only access options I have are for the space itself not Global, so I will go back to the user who set me up to see if they have not granted me the best access.
Thank you again
