User invited before mailbox created

Hi all.

We invited user, but mailbox wasn't created at that time. 

I've resend invitation and nothing happens.

Hi @George Matyar ,

I've noted some recent bounces on your domain, possibly from the invitations going out before the mailboxes were created. If the email address is on the list below, the error has been cleared out and you should be able to resend the invitation successfully:

  • k*.*v@yourdomain
  • h.*t@yourdomain
  • o*.*a@yourdomain
  • a*.*l@yourdomain

If the email address you're specifically having trouble with isn't listed in those four above (truncated to protect the email address privacy - but you should be able to confirm given the full email address), then you can open a support case here noting the full email address of the mailbox which isn't receiving the invitation.
