Unable to Access Account and Contact Support

I am unable to access my account at https://gbcsf.atlassian.net/. Additionally, when I try to select "Technical Issues and Bugs" to contact your support team, I receive the following error message:

“Sorry, we can't find this Cloud URL.
See instructions below on how to find your URL.

Could you please assist me with this issue? I would also like to know how I can reach your support team for further help.

Hi @Tim , If you are using the free plan then you can't submit the ticket with atlassian. Let me raise a request on your behalf and atlassian support will response you on this thread.

I understand that my site was on the Free Plan, but I’m wondering how I can restore it. Is there a way to recover my site, or is it permanently deleted? If there’s any way to restore it or move forward, I would really appreciate your guidance.

It appears that your site is was on our Free Plan. As per Atlassian support offerings, users on Free Plans have access to our community forums for support, where a wide range of topics and solutions are discussed by other users and our team.

Regarding the error you're encountering, it seems that the site URL you are trying to use is associated with a site that has been deleted. This could be the reason for the issue you’re experiencing.

Hi @Tim

Your site was permanently deleted over 6 months ago. Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to restore or recover.

You will have to create a new one.
