If you want to be leading edge and accept the risk that comes with that, you could try having Atlassian Intelligence suggest the labels for you, based on the page contents.

You could use an automation based on the parent page to apply the different labels.

You could use Automation to add labels based on the title of the page when its published. You can add more rules to differentiate if you need to.
