I have created many smart links pointing to Microsoft documents such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel. They are viewable by me, no problem. However, other members of my organisation get a "not authorised" error, even though they all have the same access as me. The links I added allow access to all users to view. Please help
@Maribeth Caburian if you can't solve this and need to bulk change the smartlinks to URLs it's one of the features of our app Space Content Manager.
Hello @Maribeth Caburian
Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
I found this if it could help you - Solved: Smart Links Not Appearing for Other Users (atlassian.com)
Did you see this already? You need to check the permissions again.

Thanks, Monika. Unfortunately, my scenario is not included in the solution scenarios presented in the link you've provided. All users can access the native links to the documents. The problem is that the document does not display via Atlassian in smart links. Only I (the creator of the smart link) can view it. I think there must be permissions somewhere that need to be set so that all valid users can view it.
