Requesting legacy editor (for new blank pages)

Hi Atlassian Team, would you please enable legacy editor for my site? 

My site: https://sysdig.atlassian.net

I saw on some other posts that Atlassian requires a reason from the user before they can enable the legacy editor. 
Mine is I want the Insert -> Markup feature [1] [2]. And this page [3] says it's possible to request it. FYI I based this request off this request [4] :-)

If more reasons or inputs are needed, I’m happy to keep following up after my legacy editor is enabled. Thank you so much!

Although we would love to move forward with the request right now, we would need a site-admin to have it approved for you, since it will have changes on the entire site.

That being said, could you get in touch with one of your site admins and ask for them to open a request on your behalf at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/?
