Is there a way to prevent from updating "All updates" feed on creating/editing an article that has restriction to see e.g. private page, private space
Appearing the link on "All updates" which I or someone can't see makes less sense except for the administrator.

All content permissions still apply under the “All Updates”. This means that only content to which the user has access to will be visible in their “All Updates” section. A question very similar to yours has been asked some time ago here in our Community:
