Confluence - Can all users 'View Recently Updated Content'?

Can all users see the recently updated content even if the update was made to a page they are restricted from seeing?

Hi Tina,

Page restrictions and space permissions still apply to what users can see in "All Updates" and in the Recently Updated Macro.

If a user does not have access to the content, it will not appear in their All Updates content.
