How do I add an Icon to a lozenge.

I enter the editor, and there is a space to enter the icon, but I am not sure how to associate one of my images as the icon to use... I have seen some examples, where the value of the png is prefix with an explanation mark, but I have not clue how to load my images so that they can be found? do I need to be system administrator to do this? I have not found any thing clear in the documentation.

Figured it out. The picture icon has to be associated with the page (by attaching it and loading it)
