Label option NOT available for template anymore

Hi,

1. I have created a template for confluence space (cloud version)
2. I want to tag a label to the template
3. But its disappeared and I can't see it anymore???
4. In past, I have create many templates using label

Could you confirm when the bug is fixed?

We are in the middle of setting process and templates and we really need this issue to be fixed.

Hi Gaurav,

If you watch the bug ticket you will be updated when there is a fix available from the bug.

As you can see currently it is under Technical Review, but there is not yet an estimated date of release.

According to the bug ticket, CONFCLOUD-58971, the issue has been resolved as of  07 February, 2018.

If you're encountering the issue in Cloud now, then it may be a reoccurrence or a separate issue. I would recommend contacting Support so we can have a look.

I would recommend watching the ticket to receive any updates as there is not currently a known workaround.

this seems to be a general problem, another user is also reporting this:

and I'm experiencing the same behaviour.
