Issue with groups on Confluence

Hello everyone, 

Hope you're doing well. I recently created groups on Confluence in order to tag a group of people in a page.

I followed these two articles on Confluence Support :

📎 Create a group

📎 Mention a team

I managed to created all the team and giving them access to the product (not administrator).

Unfortunatly, the set up isn't working properly. Can someone help me regarding this situation ? Thanks !!!
